Integrations
Buoy detects a number of common Kubernetes ecosystem CRDs and surfaces dedicated tabs, actions, and visualizations when they are present. The CRD-based integrations require no configuration — install the CRDs in your cluster and the corresponding tabs and detail views appear automatically. The one exception is Prometheus, which needs a source URL configured in Settings.
| Integration | What you get |
|---|---|
| ArgoCD | Application and ApplicationSet detail tabs. Sync, Refresh, Hard Refresh, Terminate Sync, and ApplicationSet Refresh actions. |
| Argo Rollouts | Rollout detail tab with canary and blue-green visualizations. Restart, Pause, Resume, Promote, Promote Full, Abort, and Retry actions. |
| Argo Workflows | Tree and DAG views over workflow nodes. Stop, Terminate, Retry, Submit, and Resubmit actions. Children and Templates tabs on WorkflowTemplate, ClusterWorkflowTemplate, and CronWorkflow. |
| Helm | Helm release detail with History, Resources, Manifest, Values, and Notes. Rollback and Uninstall actions. |
| Karpenter | NodePool, NodeClaim, and NodeClass detail with linked fleet tabs (NodeClaims, Nodes). Cross-link from the Scheduling tab’s NodePools sub-tab. |
| Kueue | Workload, ClusterQueue, LocalQueue, and ResourceFlavor detail tabs. Cross-link from the Scheduling tab when a pod is gated by Kueue admission. |
| KRO | ResourceGraphDefinition graph view, generated-resource list, and instance list. |
| HPA and VPA | HorizontalPodAutoscaler and VerticalPodAutoscaler detail tabs. Read-only surfaces. |
| Prometheus | PromQL workspace (/prom), dashboards (/dashboards), per-object Metrics tabs, and bulk dashboards. Requires a source configured in Settings. |
Plugins can extend the same surfaces for CRDs Buoy does not ship with built-in support for. See plugins/README.md.
